Role Overview This position involves providing patient care under the guidance of a registered nurse, ensuring patient autonomy, dignity, and rights. The role includes floating across clinics as needed and performing additional duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities Collect patient data and assist in care planningImplement care plans and evaluate their effectivenessAdminister prescribed medicationsProvide patient education to individuals and groupsParticipate in healthcare improvement activities and ongoing educationComplete assigned goals efficiently Qualifications & Skills Minimum one year of clinic experienceBasic computer literacy; experience with EPIC preferredLicensure including BLS certification within 14 days of hire; LPN licensure required Additional Requirements Strong communication and patient care skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a clinical setting
