Job Summary Provides patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, ensuring a caring relationship that promotes health, healing, and respects patient autonomy, dignity, and rights. Floats across clinics as needed and performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Collects patient data and assists in planning and implementing care.Participates in evaluating care plans and administering prescribed medication.Provides patient and group education, and engages in activities to improve healthcare delivery.Contributes to ongoing educational initiatives and completes assigned goals. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 1 year clinic experience.Proficient in computer literacy; experience with EPIC preferred.Valid BLS certification required within 14 days of hire; LPN licensure preferred.
