About the role

Join our Benedictine team as an LPN (Float). You will provide quality care under the supervision of an RN to meet the varied needs of our residents across multiple Benedictine communities within the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial data collection on all residents
• Utilize the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties
• Travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed

Requirements

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Clinical experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for providing quality care

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Relationship Based Care principles
