About the role

Forest Manor Healthcare Center is searching for NJ Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our facility’s compassionate care-giving team. We have full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available for the 3-11 shift.

We are a 120-bed nursing home with a beautiful new facility and a very pleasant, clean work environment. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated and ambitious nurse (LPN) who shares our deep commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations, facility policies and procedures, and the care plan.
• Administer medication and treatments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and documentation.

Requirements

• NJ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
