About the role
Forest Manor Healthcare Center is seeking NJ Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join its compassionate caregiving team at a 120‑bed nursing home with a new facility and clean work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care in accordance with federal and state regulations, facility policies, and resident care plans.
- Administer medication and treatments accurately, timely, and with proper documentation.
Requirements
- Current NJ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Benefits
- Sign‑on bonus: up to $5,000 for full‑time hires.
- Sign‑on bonus: $2,500 for part‑time and per‑diem hires.

Schedule
