Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient care with the care team
• Maintain Patient Safety and clean, safe environment
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Current NYS LPN license
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with patients, families, physicians and coworkers
• 1 year of LPN experience

Pay

Pay range from $24.00 - $30.10 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
