About the role
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will assist in planning, providing, and evaluating patient care as a member of the health care team. They are responsible for recording all patient care provided in a precise and detailed manner following established policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved LPN program.
- Certified in CPR.
- Current NYS licensure.
