LPN - Dermatology Clinic

Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or the direction of a licensed professional. Maintains accountability for patient care and coordinates with other departments to ensure quality treatment. Responsibilities Administers medication and treatments following state regulations.Collaborates with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.Ensures documentation and compliance with licensure and certifications.Assists with patient assessments, monitoring, and support. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience.Current LPN license and ability to meet all state nursing requirements.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional unit-specific certifications as needed.Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending, reaching, and other movements.Preferred: IV Certification within 1 year of hire. Key Duties & Physical Demands: Standing and walking for extended periods, lifting and turning patients with assistance, pushing, pulling, and gripping heavy objects, and performing various physical movements essential for patient care.
