The successful candidate will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional. Responsibilities include administering medications, assisting with medical procedures, and maintaining patient records.
Responsibilities
- Administering medications according to physician orders
- Assisting with medical procedures such as drawing blood and inserting IVs
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Communicating effectively with patients and other healthcare team members
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Proficient in computer systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology
