LPN - Clinic Medications

Responsibilities

• Reviews and prepares medical records.
• Implements nursing procedures.
• Administers treatments and medications.
• Performs point-of-care testing.
• Documents patient data accurately.
• Safeguards patient safety by observing responses to care.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to revise care plans.
• Manages immunization records.
• Administers vaccines according to guidelines.
• Maintains vaccine inventories.
• Trains staff on vaccine storage protocols.
• Supports infection control efforts.
• Supports patient education and clinic operations.
• Schedules patients and manages clinic supplies.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 12 months of LPN experience.
• Hawaii LPN licensure and Basic Life Support certification.
• Knowledge of conflict resolution, customer service, and effective communication.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and cultural sensitivity.
• Prioritize acute care experience and proficiency in PC applications (preferred).
