Role Provides quality nursing care in a clinic setting as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting physicians and healthcare providers. Responsibilities Assesses, prepares, and provides direct patient care, including assisting with examinations and treatments. Performs telephone triage following age-specific protocols. Documents patient interactions accurately in health records. Communicates with patients, pharmacies, and providers; may handle referral authorizations. Maintains professional development and performs assigned duties. Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification and Basic Life Support (BLS). Minimum of 1 year clinical experience preferred. Knowledge of age-specific care principles. Skills Basic computer proficiency and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. Note: In Oregon, triage duties are within scope as defined by state regulations. Working conditions include handling biohazards, performing precise procedures, and physical activities such as lifting and moving equipment.
