About the role

Provides quality nursing care in a clinic setting as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting physicians and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, prepares, and provides direct patient care, including assisting with examinations and treatments.
• Performs telephone triage following age-specific protocols.
• Documents patient interactions accurately in health records.
• Communicates with patients, pharmacies, and providers; may handle referral authorizations.
• Maintains professional development and performs assigned duties.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of age-specific care principles.
• Basic computer proficiency and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

In Oregon, triage duties are within scope as defined by state regulations.
