LPN Charge Nurse | Monday - Friday

Full‑time LPN Charge Nurse position at Murrysville Personal Care. Shift: 6:00 pm – 6:30 am, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well‑being.
• Maintain a safe and abuse‑free environment for all residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Accurately document resident conditions, medications, treatments, and other required records.
• Complete the admission process efficiently, including assessments, care plans, and obtaining physician orders.

Requirements

• Current Practical Nurse license in Pennsylvania.
