About the Role

Columbia Cottage is seeking compassionate and skilled LPN Charge Nurses to join our assisted living team. Strong communication, excellent time management, and a passion for senior care are essential in this supportive and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and nursing staff on shift.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician direction.
• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition.
• Accurately document care, treatments, and progress.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams.
• Support and collaborate with fellow nursing staff.
• Ensure high-quality, compassionate care is consistently delivered.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (required) – RN candidates welcome to apply.
• First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for caring for seniors in an assisted living setting.

Pay

Starting at $32.00 per hour.

Schedule

Evening shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday only. All positions include an every‑other‑weekend and holiday rotation.
