Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents: Clinical Leadership: Supervise and guide CNAs and nursing staff on duty to ensure compassionate, regulatory-compliant resident care.Medication & Treatment Administration: Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and physician orders accurately and timely.Resident Assessment & Care Planning: Assess resident conditions, record vitals, document progress notes, and update care plans as needed.Physician & Family Communication: Serve as the primary contact for attending physicians, families, and emergency services during weekend shifts.Emergency Response: Address change-of-condition events promptly and ensure proper documentation and protocols are followed.
