Responsibilities
- Ensure the well-being and comfort of residents
- Administer medications
- Perform comprehensive nurse assessments
- Maintain precise patient records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Provide essential education to residents and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
Requirements
- Current LPN License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
