About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of nurses and providing clinical leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of nurses to ensure patient care quality and safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to nursing staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
