About the role

Columbia Cottage is seeking compassionate and skilled LPN Charge Nurses to join their assisted living team. The position offers a starting pay of $31.00/hour and part-time opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and nursing staff on shift
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician direction
• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition
• Accurately document care, treatments, and progress
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams
• Support and collaborate with fellow nursing staff
• Ensure high-quality, compassionate care is consistently delivered

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (required)
• RN candidates welcome to apply
• First Aid certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for caring for seniors in an assisted living setting
