LPN/Certified Medical Assistant - Specialty Clinics
Windom Area Health is seeking a skilled medical professional to join our Specialty Clinics team in Windom, MN. As part of our team, you will work in a dynamic environment while making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.
About the role
Windom Area Health is seeking an LPN or Certified Medical Assistant to provide support services to visiting and outpatient clinic patients 32 hours a week (0.8 FTE). Duties include providing assistance rooming patients, telemedicine visits, and assisting with Specialty Clinics Coordinators and the Scheduling department. The position is primarily weekdays with occasional commitments on evenings or weekends. Potential travel to outreach locations may be required.

Requirements
- BLS certification
- Current LPN license in the State of MN or current CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) or RMA (Registered Medical Assistant) certificate
- Prior experience working in a clinic, preferably in a clinic setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care with compassion and empathy
- Strong computer and organizational skills

Pay
$20.95 - $32.23/hr. Rates offered will reflect applicable experience.
