Responsibilities
- Maintain professional accountability and coordinate patient care with other departments.
- Ensure safe and effective treatment.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with licensure.
- Maintain a current LPN license and meet State Board of Nursing requirements.
- Provide patient care, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and turning with assistance.
- Obtain and maintain Basic Life Support certification, with additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, PEARS, or S.T.A.B.L.E. as required.
- Preferred: IV certification within one year of hire.
Skills And Physical Demands
- Strong communication, teamwork, and physical stamina are essential.
- Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
