About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our multi-specialty clinic in Newark, NJ. This full-time position requires a bilingual professional fluent in Spanish to provide patient care and support under the supervision of the Nurse Manager. The role involves direct patient care, clinical support, and effective communication with a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision.
• Assist with exams, procedures, and medical tasks.
• Administer medications and monitor patient conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
• Participate in community outreach events.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Advocate for patient services and care coordination.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Licensed Practical Nurse NJ State/Multi-State Compact License.
• Basic CPR certification required.
• Phlebotomy skills required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
