$5,000 sign-on bonus with a 24-month commitment. Must have at least one year of experience. Full-time (1.0 FTE), day shift, Monday–Friday schedule.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is an ideal role for those looking to work with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care in the ambulatory setting. Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process as a systematic problem-solving approach to nursing care, facilitating an optimal level of functioning and health for the patient.
• Performs patient triage in person, via telephone, and secure messages, utilizing protocols, guidelines, and standards.
• Utilizes assessment and analysis skills in delivering medical regimens as directed by physicians, advanced practice providers, and registered nurses.
• Delegates selected patient care functions to others in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence.
• Collaborates with the clinic team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience, and stewardship.
• Fosters a learning environment for patients, families, and all members of the health care team.
• Advocates for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate license endorsement (MLS).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Two years of experience as an LPN (clinic setting preferred).

Pay

The pay scale is $30.40 – $43.75 USD per hour. Pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will reflect the appropriate step on the pay scale based on years of experience.
