About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support patient care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during exams and procedures
- Room patients and record histories and vital signs in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments within scope
- Educate patients on health and follow-up care
- Coordinate referrals
- Maintain a clean, safe environment
Requirements
- Active/Unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice or compact license
- Previous experience in clinical or outpatient settings preferred
- Familiarity with EPIC is a plus
- Flexibility to work at or float to different locations to support staffing needs
