About the role
The LPN is a member of the multidisciplinary ambulatory team who is responsible for patient care, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes. The LPN performs the duties for which they are trained such as starting IVs, simple wound dressings, and notifying the RN or LIP with any changes or abnormalities in the patient’s condition.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Monitor clinical outcomes.
- Start IVs.
- Perform simple wound dressings.
- Notify the RN or LIP of any changes or abnormalities in the patient’s condition.
Requirements
- Education: LPN
- Related Experience: No experience required.
- License/Registration/Certification: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Kentucky Licensure
- Physical Requirements: Requires handling of average weights or objects up to 25 pounds with some sitting, standing, or walking.
Pay
Salary Range: $21.36-30.09/hour
Schedule
Shift: 8:00 – 4:30 pm
Time Status: Full-Time
