Responsibilities

• Collecting and documenting patient information such as vital signs, medications, allergies, and health risk assessments
• Administering drugs, treatments, and procedures as ordered by providers within scope of practice
• Assisting with phone calls, messages, and patient communication
• Monitoring patients with chronic conditions, verifying eligibility for extended care benefits
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to plan and coordinate patient care
• Supporting compliance with laboratory, medication, and safety protocols
• Gathering medical information for cases and assisting coworkers as needed

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED
• A current, unrestricted NV LPN license or a temporary license with the ability to obtain a permanent license
• CPR/BLS certification

Preferred Skills And Experience

• 1+ years of clinical LPN experience
• Experience with electronic medical records and immunizations
• Leadership or charge nurse experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
