About the role
We are currently looking for Licensed Practical Nurses to fill an opening in our Skilled Rehabilitation & Nursing Facility, offering long term or short term care. Excellence is our goal and good outcomes in recovery and rehabilitation are our daily measures of progress.
Responsibilities
- Medication administration and treatment
- Managing IVs
- Ensuring patients and their families understand release instructions
- Supervising CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants)
- Monitoring fluid and food intake and output
- Moving patients safely
