LPDC Melting

About the Role

Technical and process expertise in aluminium alloy melting, including knowledge of ADC12, A380, LM series, and related alloys. Experience with various melting furnaces (crucible, holding, hood type) and strong adherence to melting safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee melting processes for aluminium alloys.
• Maintain and operate melting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure timely delivery of molten metal to Low-Pressure Die Casting (LPDC) and High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) machines.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of relevant experience in melting processes or related fields.
• Diploma, BE, or B.Tech in a relevant discipline.
