Qualifications

• A master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Candidates must have a LMSW, LPC, LLP, or LP at the time of hire (transitional licenses are not being considered).
• Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other paperwork in a timely manner.
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)

Compensation Model

A competitive compensation model “in between” private practice and agency work (Fee for Service, but with benefits).

Work Environment

• Furnished office with all the tools needed to do your job (with a window even!)
• Flexible schedule with few requirements, and a hybrid model of remote and in-person work

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy in an outpatient setting
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Participate in marketing and outreach activities meant to serve the community and grow your referral base
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
• Achieve and maintain a caseload of 25 client visits per week
• Cookordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Opportunity for mentoring and supervisory positions as they arise
