About the role

We are looking for a professional with comfort and experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Bonus points if you have experience with clients and families navigating the Autistic Spectrum, Eating Disorders, or Couples/Family Therapy. We prioritize clinicians with prior private practice experience, especially those bringing a partial caseload. • Complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy in an outpatient setting
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
  • Participate in marketing and outreach activities meant to serve the community and grow your referral base
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
  • Achieve and maintain a caseload of 25 client visits per week
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  • Opportunity for mentoring and supervisory positions as they arise
  • Other duties as needed

  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other paperwork in a timely manner
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation model (“in between” private practice and agency work: Fee for Service, but with benefits)
  • Furnished office with all necessary tools (including a window!)
  • Flexible schedule with few requirements, and a hybrid model of remote and in-person work
  • Professional liability insurance
  • Marketing support
  • Billing and credentialing services
  • Paid time off
  • Paid birthday leave
  • Holiday Pay (with full-time caseload)

About Us

Ellie is a socially responsible for-profit business, allowing us to be flexible and responsive to our community’s needs. Unlike many mental health and wellness-focused companies that rely on public funding, grants, or large donors, our model promotes creativity and higher compensation for employees. We prioritize flexibility, innovative decision-making, and our people, while remaining socially conscious and focused on changing how we treat mental health. In short, we’re just people helping people.
