Role: Specialty Systems Technician responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining systems such as voice and data, fiber optics, fire alarms, security, access control, CCTV, and nurse call. Key Responsibilities Analyze blueprints and plan job site layouts for projects of limited scope.Lead small crews of 2-5 electricians, ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA and company standards.Evaluate upcoming tasks, equipment needs, procedures, and training requirements.Perform installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance on a variety of systems.Maintain excellent customer relations through effective problem-solving.Participate in safety initiatives and promote a safe work environment. Qualifications & Skills Completion of Electronic Systems Technician (EST) Apprenticeship Program (if applicable).Strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards.Self-directed with teamwork skills and safety awareness.Ability to analyze blueprints and plan tasks effectively.Willingness to travel 60-75% and work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
