Your responsibilities include leadership, management, employee development, client relations, compliance, brand development, and profitability. The role is 10% strategic, involving planning, financial forecasting, and leadership, and 90% tactical, focusing on financial management, operational support, and client relationship maintenance.

Pay

Competitive Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 per year.

Work Site Location: Seattle, WA.

• Own the P&L and Drive Profitable Growth - Lead the full financial performance of the branch, delivering consistent year-over-year growth in both revenue and margin. Balance disciplined cost management with strategic expansion and operational scale.
