Low Voltage Installer

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Low Voltage Security Installer to install, program, test, troubleshoot, and service security and life safety systems, including access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and low-voltage cabling.

Responsibilities

• Install and service access control, CCTV, alarm, and low-voltage systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and system specifications.
• Install and wire panels, cameras, door hardware, and cabling.
• Program and troubleshoot security systems as needed.
• Support project leads and communicate project status, issues, and timelines.
• Maintain safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on all job sites.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and wiring access control, CCTV, panels, and door hardware.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and installation drawings.
• Familiarity with cable support systems (J-hooks, conduit, raceway, etc.).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Experience Level: Expert Level

Pay

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
