Love Encore Specialist - Subaru of Olathe
Your Purpose as a Love Encore Specialist:
- Help customers get excited about Subaru vehicles by answering questions and demonstrating vehicles
- Discover each customer’s needs, and then identify the right vehicle based on those needs
- Facilitate remarkable customer experiences
- Work with Sales Manager to complete the customer’s purchase, ensuring the most personalized experience possible
- Successfully set up and deliver vehicles after the purchase process is complete
- Have the opportunity every day to build brand ambassadors for Subaru vehicles with guests resulting in a long-term Subaru customers

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
Qualifications
- Candidates with a college degree will be strongly considered
Skills
- Customer service experience preferred
