Love encore specialist

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Subaru's Love Encore program.
• Assist the Sales department with customer technology questions.
• Prepare and inspect the vehicle prior to delivery to ensure the vehicle is ready to deliver to the customer.
• Aid customers in personalizing their vehicle technology settings.
• Perform a detailed delivery to the consumer including a thorough explanation of the proper operation of the vehicle features and resources available to them.
• Schedule the first Service appointment.
• Absorb customers during the delivery process to address and answer questions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the Service department with customer technology questions and concerns on the service drive.
• Other responsibilities as necessary.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background
• Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
• The ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Education and/or Experience

• A high school diploma or GED
• One to two years related experience and/or training
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
