Lottery Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Service equipment at retailer locations.
• Transport, install, and maintain Brightstar equipment, replacement parts, tools, and supplies.
• Attend driver training and follow Brightstar's vehicle policy.
• Maintain equipment to ensure continuous operation.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment to restore it to working order.
• Communicate with Dispatchers about activity, arrival and departure times, problems, and resolutions.
• Deliver marketing supplies and consumable parts, such as paper, ribbons, and bet slips.
• Train new or incorrect-performing retailers on procedures.
• Complete primary forms for reporting activities, equipment problems, and procedure improvements.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• 1 or more years of experience in a customer service-related position.
• 1 or more years of experience in technical repairs.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
• Physical abilities to climb ladders, sit for long periods, work with tools, and work with moving parts and electrical current.
