Responsibilities
- Service equipment at retailer locations.
- Transport, install, and maintain Brightstar equipment, replacement parts, tools, and supplies.
- Attend driver training and follow Brightstar's vehicle policy.
- Maintain equipment to ensure continuous operation.
- Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment to restore it to working order.
- Communicate with Dispatchers about activity, arrival and departure times, problems, and resolutions.
- Deliver marketing supplies and consumable parts, such as paper, ribbons, and bet slips.
- Train new or incorrect-performing retailers on procedures.
- Complete primary forms for reporting activities, equipment problems, and procedure improvements.
Qualifications
- High school degree or GED equivalent.
- 1 or more years of experience in a customer service-related position.
- 1 or more years of experience in technical repairs.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
- Physical abilities to climb ladders, sit for long periods, work with tools, and work with moving parts and electrical current.
