About the role

The Lot Attendant is a crucial member of our team responsible for post-repossession activities, including vehicle redemptions, personal property inventory, storage, and vehicle transport preparation. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the lot grounds by keeping the grass cut, trimming trees, disposing of debris, and filling in holes after heavy rains.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle redemptions
• Inventory and store personal property
• Transport vehicles as needed
• Email, scan, fax, and upload documents
• Multitask between various office functions
• Organize paperwork and maintain records
• Contribute to maintaining the lot grounds
• Keep grass cut and trees trimmed
• Dispose of debris properly
• Filling in holes after heavy rains to prevent damage

Requirements

• At least 24 years old for insurance purposes
• No more than 2 driving infractions in the past 3 years
• No felony criminal history
