About the role
The Lot Attendant is a crucial member of our team, responsible for post-repossession activities such as preparing vehicle redemptions, managing personal property inventory, and organizing vehicles for transport. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the lot grounds, ensuring the grass is cut, trimming trees, disposing of debris, and sometimes assisting with filling in holes after rainfall.

Requirements
- At least 24 years old for insurance purposes
- No more than 2 driving infractions in the past 3 years
- No felony criminal history
