Lot Attendant

Job Requirements

• Ability to operate a forklift, skid steer and shuttle lift effectively and safely is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) not required but highly preferred.
• Warehouse experience a plus but not required.

Job Description

Check in, organize and stage materials required for production personnel to ensure the continuation of shop activities. Check-in and inspection of trucks and equipment arriving, movement of trucks on property as well as periodic test driving as needed. Clean and detail new builds and company equipment. Evaluate condition of the facility interior and exterior and perform minor repairs and maintenance. Communicate with Service and/or Production Manager about any work that requires outside expert assistance. Keep building in clean and orderly condition by performing minor cleaning duties not performed by our cleaning service as needed. Gather and empty trash. Receive and respond to reports of maintenance issues on premises.

Position Requirements

• 1-2 years working experience in heavy trucks and/or equipment operation.
• Ability to operate a forklift, skid steer and shuttle lift safely.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Ability to climb heights, lift to 60 lbs. and climb ladders.
• Working experience performing maintenance and repairs is desired.
• Commercial Driver’s License (A or B) would be desired.
