Loss Prevention Specialist (Tues-Sat 1900-0330)

About the role

As a Security - Loss Prevention Specialist, you’ll proactively maintain a safe and healthy workplace by following and enforcing company policies and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include documenting incidents through detailed reports and participating in activities aimed at preventing accidents and minimizing losses.

You will serve as the first point of contact at the guard post for all visitors, transportation carriers, and other personnel entering the site. In this role, you will verify identification and purpose for being on the premises, and ensure they have the appropriate credentials and resources needed for their visit.

Responsibilities

• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy workplace
• Document incidents through detailed reports
• Participate in activities aimed at preventing accidents and minimizing losses
• Serve as the first point of contact at the guard post for visitors, transportation carriers, and personnel
• Verify identification and purpose for site entry
• Ensure visitors have appropriate credentials and resources

Requirements

• Associate degree in criminal justice, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience (preferred)
• 1-2 years of Safety, Security, and Loss Prevention experience (required)
• First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Valid Driver’s License (preferred)

Pay

$17.00-$20.00 per hour (Plus Shift Differentials)

Schedule

Core Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 7:00 PM–3:30 AM
