Loss Prevention Specialist (Tues-Sat 11pm-730am)

About the role

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy workplace by enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Document incidents through detailed reports and participate in activities aimed at preventing accidents and minimizing losses.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, transportation carriers, and other personnel entering the site.
• Verify identification and purpose of visitors, and ensure they have appropriate credentials and resources.

Requirements

• Associate degree in criminal justice, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• One to two years of Safety, Security, and Loss Prevention experience.
• First Aid certification or ability to obtain within six months.
• Valid Driver’s License, preferred but not required.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience in loss prevention or security.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Pay and Schedule

• Pay range: $17.00-$20.00 per hour (plus shift differentials).
• Core schedule: Tues-Sat 11pm-7:30am.
