About the role
Responsible for maintaining store security and preventing theft. Conducts patrols, investigates suspicious activity, and collaborates with law enforcement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the store to deter theft and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Investigate reported incidents of theft, vandalism, and other suspicious activities.
- Work closely with local law enforcement to address criminal activity and maintain community relations.
- Ensure all employees are trained in loss prevention procedures and security protocols.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of retail experience preferred.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness to perform patrol duties.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
