About the role

Responsible for maintaining store security and preventing theft. Conducts patrols, investigates suspicious activity, and collaborates with law enforcement.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular patrols of the store to deter theft and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Investigate reported incidents of theft, vandalism, and other suspicious activities.
  • Work closely with local law enforcement to address criminal activity and maintain community relations.
  • Ensure all employees are trained in loss prevention procedures and security protocols.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical fitness to perform patrol duties.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

  • Knowledge of loss prevention techniques.
