Loss Prevention Specialist

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking a Loss Prevention Specialist to support Corporate & Regional Security at our Wilmington, Ohio Service Center.

Responsibilities

• Assist in and help resolve claims, shortages, and security incidents by analyzing data and identifying effective resolutions.
• Leverage video management systems, access control tools, and documentation software to support company investigations and ensure accurate case updates and tracking.
• Focus on preventing future losses.

Requirements

• Strong verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to self-start, prioritize and multi-task.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• High school or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in investigations.
• Familiarity with VMS, access control and case management systems.

Pay

$19.00 per hour, full-time, Monday - Friday, 7am – 3:30pm.
