About the role
The Loss Prevention Department for Hobby Lobby is currently seeking a full-time In-Store Loss Prevention Officer to help protect our stores.
Responsibilities
- Greet Customers
- Always Remain Professional
- Relationship Building Skills with Store Management, Personnel, Customers and Local Law Enforcement
- Handle Stressful, Unpredictable, and Potentially Dangerous Situations with Rational Judgement
- Manage Conflict and Safety Issues
- Patrol Inside Perimeter
- Periodically Work Independently
Requirements
- At Least Two (2) Years Previous Experience in Loss Prevention, Security, Law Enforcement, or Military
- Motor Vehicle Record Check
- Independent Local Travel Background Check
- Able to Spend up to 100% of Working Hours Standing/Walking
- Strong Communication Skills
- Able to Identify Suspicious Behavior

Tuesday thru Saturday 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Pay
Starting hourly wage - $26.00 - $27.00 an hour
