About the role

Boscov's is seeking Full-Time Loss Prevention Detectives for their Wilmington, DE location. Interviews will be held on July 20th from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Boscov’s Department Store-Concord Mall.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store activity to prevent theft and loss
• Intercept suspicious behavior and report incidents to management
• Assist in investigations and follow up on leads
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of retail experience preferred
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Previous experience in loss prevention or security preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
