Loss Prevention Investigator Senior Specialist
Investigation Ownership
Investigate suspected employee theft, fraud, and misconduct within the warehouse environment.
Evidence Gathering & Analysis
Collect and analyze evidence including transaction data, shipping records, surveillance footage, and witness statements.
Interviews & Fact-Finding
Conduct interviews with employees and witnesses in accordance with company policies and legal guidelines.
Reporting & Findings Communication
Prepare detailed investigation reports and present findings to HR and management for action.
HR Partnership & Disciplinary Alignment
Collaborate with HR on disciplinary measures and termination processes when necessary.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate documentation of investigative activities and ensure alignment with audit and compliance requirements.
Prevention & Process Improvement
Recommend preventive measures and process improvements to reduce internal theft opportunities.
Training & Policy Reinforcement
Assist in training supervisors and employees on loss prevention policies, ethical practices, and security protocols.
Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in investigations, loss prevention, or related field
- Deep understanding of industry principles and terminology
- Working knowledge of standard office software and technologies
- Ability to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company security protocols during investigations
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
