Loss Prevention Coordinator
General Purpose
The LP Operations Coordinator will serve as the central operational administrative support for Loss Prevention Field Leaders. The role will support ALPMs, Sr. ALPMS, RLPDs, and LP Field Leadership by coordinating LP program activities, preparing standardized reporting, managing communications, tracking actions and issues, supporting LP lifecycle activities, and driving process standardization.
Ensure all day-to-day activities are resolved by maintaining ongoing communication, organizing all routine departmental activities and handling special projects as needed.
Essential Functions
- Support Field LP initiatives by performing administrative duties for LP Field Leaders.
- Collect and disseminate information quickly, clearly, and correctly; analyzing, interpreting, and reporting operational data; identifying priorities and problems requiring action.
- Cook up and onboard administrative tasks for field Loss Prevention roles.
- Support LPVPs and RLPDs with ALPM/Sr. ALPM Talent Planning activities inclusive of but not limited to offer prep packet compilation and submission, monthly succession planning review and updates, NSO activities, etc.
- Provide coordination and consistent tracking/reporting of training and development activities for LP bench and NIR in role LP Field Leaders participating in company programs like NIR Field Leader Onboarding and Training, LP MAP, FLIT PATH, etc.
- Perform administrative general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature, executing, with minimal direction, secretarial support at the highest level.
- Maintain a variety of complex records and files. Material is of a highly confidential nature.
- Processes invoices from outside vendors.
- Cook up and maintain use of major conference rooms and equipment.
- Act as liaison between department managers and their staff in matters involving the GVP, and or the VP office, including meetings, documentation, and activities requiring authorized action.
- Take appropriate authorized action in the absence of the GVP, and or the VP to ensure that matters requiring attention are referred to and handled in a manner to minimize the effect of the absence.
- Handle projects as assigned, work independently with minimal supervision.
- Cook up travel, including ground transportation, hotel accommodations, itinerary planning, meeting coordination, and ensure office requirements and facilities at destination are arranged, if required.
- Manage GVP, and or the VP's calendar working closely with executive level admins to ensure efficient flow of information.

Qualifications And Special Skills Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an executive secretarial or administrative support role is preferred, along with college-level coursework.
- College-level course work
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including advanced level of proofreading, editing and grammar skills
- Advanced skills in word processing, presentation, spreadsheet and other software, Microsoft Office, i.e., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, with frequent interruptions, without direction

- Ability to work as a key team member with a diverse group of professional staff
Physical Requirements/ADA
- This role requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer

- This role requires regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback.
- However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work
