Loss Prevention Agent

About the role

Responsible for maintaining store security and preventing theft. Conducts patrols, monitors surveillance systems, and responds to alarms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the store to ensure safety and compliance with policies.
• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems, reporting any suspicious activity to management.
• Respond promptly to alarms and investigate incidents as necessary.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to loss prevention.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Previous experience in retail or security preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to perform security duties including standing, walking, and lifting.

Skills
