About the role
Responsible for maintaining store security and preventing theft. Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Monitor store for suspicious activity and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Interact with customers and employees to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Respond to emergencies and assist law enforcement as needed.
- Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or security preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
Skills
- Knowledge of security systems and practices.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer skills for accessing security software.
