Loss Prevention Agent

About the role

Responsible for maintaining store security and preventing theft. Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store for suspicious activity and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Interact with customers and employees to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Respond to emergencies and assist law enforcement as needed.
• Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or security preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Skills

• Knowledge of security systems and practices.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills for accessing security software.
