We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID. Must remove boilerplate etc. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - Intro: "Built on meritocracy..." etc. That's about company culture and role description. Could be "About the role" maybe. - "How You Will Contribute:" list of duties -> Responsibilities. - "Licenses & Certifications:" -> Qualifications? Could be under Qualifications. - "Skills & Experience to be Successful:" -> Skills. - "Preferred Bachelor's degree ..." maybe also Qualifications or Requirements. - "About One80" maybe About the role? Actually "About One80" is company description; could be part of About the role or separate but we only have allowed headings. Could put under About the role. - Pay Range: we have Pay section. - Benefits: "Teammate Benefits & Total Well-Being" -> Benefits. - Schedule: not mentioned; no schedule info, so omit. - Requirements: maybe combine experience requirements? Could have a Requirements section for mandatory requirements (e.g., demonstrated experience, ability to travel, valid driver's license). But we need to avoid thin sections. We'll see. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. At end there is Recruiting Vendor Disclosure Statement, Equal Opportunity Employer, etc. Those are boilerplate; must remove. Also remove "The Power To Be Yourself" etc? That's EEO/Diversity statement; remove. Also remove "Built on meritocracy..." maybe that's substantive culture description; keep. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft sections:

About the role

Built on meritocracy, our unique company culture rewards self-starters and those who are committed to doing what is best for our customers. One80 Intermediaries is seeking a Loss Control Manager to join our growing team! We’re seeking a Loss Control Manager to lead the delivery of loss-control and risk-management services to the Trusts, Pools, and Associations we serve. This is a highly visible role that blends technical property and casualty expertise with leadership, public speaking, education, and client relationship management. You'll work directly with school districts, public entities, and other institutional clients — turning complex insurance and safety concepts into practical guidance that helps our members prevent losses and manage risk with confidence.

About One80: One80 Intermediaries is part of Arrowhead Intermediaries, a global insurance distribution platform that offers deep specialization, scale, and innovation across wholesale brokerage, program administration, and specialty insurance. With more than 7,000 professionals worldwide and a collective portfolio exceeding $18 billion in premium placed in 2024, our combined organization delivers a diverse trading platform for insurance carriers as well as expanded access and niche solutions for brokers and customers navigating complex and hard-to-place risks. The platform combines entrepreneurial culture with operational excellence to deliver tailored solutions and long-term value across the insurance ecosystem.

That seems good.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve loss-control programs for our Trusts, Pools, and Associations.
  • Conduct property and casualty loss-control evaluations, identifying exposures across property, operations, vehicles, and facilities.
  • Design and deliver engaging loss-control and safety presentations and training, from small group sessions to large conferences and online platforms.
  • Develop and administer a property appraisal system for Association members and non-member school districts, using field data and electronic measuring tools.
  • Analyze claims and loss of data to identify trends and prioritize the initiatives with the greatest impact.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with member organizations as their go-to resource on risk management.
  • Prepare and present quarterly loss-control performance reports to governing boards and program managers.
  • Manage the Loss Control department budget and collaborate closely with claims, underwriting, and program administration.
  • Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

  • CPCU, ARM, CRM, CSP, or another relevant professional designation (preferred).
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in risk management, insurance, safety, business, engineering, construction, public administration, or related field.
But we also have Requirements: maybe "Demonstrated experience in property and casualty insurance loss control, risk management, safety, or property inspection." etc. Could be under Requirements. Let's create Requirements section for mandatory experience/skills.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in property and casualty insurance loss control, risk management, safety, or property inspection.
  • Strong working knowledge of commercial property and casualty loss control principles.
  • Knowledge of commercial property appraisal methods and data collection.
  • Ability to independently conduct field inspections, evaluate exposures, and develop practical recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills, comfortable with both small groups and large audiences.
  • Analytical and mathematical aptitude, with the ability to translate data into clear conclusions to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly, including some overnight travel.
But note that some of these overlap with Skills section. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could combine Skills and Requirements into one Skills section? But we have both Skills & Experience to be Successful (skills) and also demonstrated experience etc. Might be better to have Skills section for skills, and Requirements for experience/qualifications. However we already have Qualifications for licenses/degrees. Could merge Requirements and Skills into one "Skills & Experience" section. But we have allowed headings: Skills. Could use Skills for both. But we also have Qualifications separate. We need to avoid thin sections. Let's see: Qualifications has two items (licenses, degree). That's okay. Skills could contain many items (communication, presentation, analytical, proficiency, driver's license, travel). Requirements could contain experience items (demonstrated experience, knowledge, ability). That's three sections each with decent content. But we must not repeat content. Ensure we don't duplicate. Let's list all items from posting: From "Skills & Experience to be Successful:" bullet list (though not bullet but sentences): - Demonstrated experience in property and casualty insurance loss control, risk management, safety, or property inspection. - Strong working knowledge of commercial property and casualty loss control principles. - Knowledge of commercial property appraisal methods and data collection. - Ability to independently conduct field inspections, evaluate exposures, and develop practical recommendations. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong public speaking and presentation skills, comfortable with both small groups and large audiences. - Analytical and mathematical aptitude, with the ability to translate data into clear conclusions to non-technical audiences. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. - Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly, including some overnight travel. Then "Preferred Bachelor's degree..." (under Skills & Experience to be Successful? Actually after that paragraph: "Preferred Bachelor's degree in risk management, insurance, safety, business, engineering, construction, public administration, or related field." That's a qualification. Then "Experience working with public entities, governmental organizations, school districts, or other institutional clients." "Experience developing organizational safety or loss control programs." "Experience presenting at conferences, professional associations, or board meetings." These are also experience/requirements. Also "Licenses & Certifications: CPCU, ARM, CRM, CSP, or another relevant professional designation. (preferred)" That's qualification. Thus we have many items. We could create sections: - Responsibilities (as above) - Qualifications (licenses, degree) - Requirements (experience with public entities, developing programs, presenting at conferences, etc.) - Skills (communication, presentation, analytical, proficiency, driver's license, travel) But we need to avoid thin sections. Each seems substantive enough. Let's ensure we include all substantive info. Also include Pay section: Pay Range $100,000 - $120,000 Annual. Benefits section: list benefits. We must not include Schedule. Now craft HTML. We need to ensure we don't include any boilerplate like "The pay range provided above is made in good faith..." That's part of Pay description; we can include that as prose in Pay section? The instruction: include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state pay range and a sentence about it. We can include that sentence as part of Pay section. It's not filler like "commensurate with experience". It's specific. So we can include. Similarly Benefits: we have a paragraph describing benefits; we can include that as prose or list. We must not include "Not reflective of all benefits. Enrollment waiting periods or eligibility criteria may apply to certain benefits. Benefit details and offerings may vary for subsidiary entities or in specific geographic locations." That's still part of benefits description; we can include. Now produce final HTML. Let's structure:
