Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage multiple projects through design, documentation, and construction administration to ensure the required quality and execution.
- Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, adjusting plans as necessary to meet project goals.
- Serve as the liaison for projects by communicating with clients, consultants, and governing agencies.
- Attend project site meetings during construction to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and regulations.
- Guide junior team members in the design and production of architectural documents.
- Lead office initiatives for mentorship and education in collaboration with other Project Architects and Principals.
Qualifications
- 10 or more years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited Architectural Program.
- Registered Architect preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Enscape, and Adobe Suite required.
- Demonstrated experience in construction documents/detailing.
- Knowledge of Zoning and Building codes, Energy codes and Accessibility.
- Experience with all phases of project development from schematic design through construction administration is required.
