About the role
Looking for Inspectors in AZ (Prescott, Camp Verde, Flagstaff) to handle both residential and commercial accounts.
Responsibilities
- Inspect residential and commercial properties
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Document findings and provide recommendations for improvement
- Communicate with clients and contractors regarding inspection results
Requirements
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Experience in home and/or commercial inspections
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
